In the case of an association, the organization should be an agriculture, livestock and herbal co-operative society or farmers’ group or an agriculture-related firm or company registered in accordance with the prevailing law or the purpose of the organization should be to act as an agriculture, livestock and herbs insurance agent or a person acting as a director, chief executive or any senior manager of the organization who has received at least 1 year training in agriculture or animal or botany or higher qualification in agriculture or animal or botany.
