Kathmandu. Prabhu Insurance Company for the financial year 2082. The company has published its unaudited financial statements for the fourth quarter of FY83. According to the financial statement, the company’s total premium income has decreased.
The company has a paid-up capital of Rs 1.84 billion and has a reserve of Rs 1.34 billion in special reserves, Rs 113.5 million in catastrophe fund, Rs 10.41 crore in retained earnings and Rs 15.41 crore in other equities.
In the previous year, the company had issued Rs 1.22 billion in special reserves, Rs 10.12 crore in catastrophe fund, Rs 42.93 crore in retained earnings and Rs 19.48 crore in other equity.
During the review period, the company earned a net profit of Rs 1.74 billion. In the same quarter last year, the company earned a net profit of Rs 2.03 billion. The company’s total premium has decreased in the review period compared to the previous year.
