Kathmandu. Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank is participating in the ninth edition of Nepal Real Estate and Construction Exhibition 2083 being held at Bhrikutimandap in Kathmandu from September 20 to September 20.
The exhibition is jointly organized by Nepal Land and Housing Development Federation and Nepal Land and Housing Development Association (NGHDA) in which Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank will be consulting, facilitating and coordinating the loan required for the purchase of land and house construction.

Currently, the bank’s base rate for the month of August is 5.64 percent, which can be directly availed by the customers who take loans for the purchase of house and land construction.
