Kathmandu. Xiaomi, a world-renowned technology company, has expanded its service in Nepal with the inauguration of its authorized service center at Lahanchowk, Siraha. This feature center has been established with the purpose of providing additional services and facilities to Xiaomi users.
Xiaomi’s smartphones, wearables (such as smartwatches and fitness bands), Hearables (earphones÷headphones), and IoT devices can be provided with the Xiaomi’s service center. The service center will provide genuine spare parts of Xiaomi and ensure quality and reliable service to the customers.
The service center will be operated by Teledirect Pvt. Ltd. Teledirect is a subsidiary of Ramesh Corp. which has been providing authentic service and reliable service to the customers of Xiaomi brand throughout Nepal.
According to the company, the service center will provide special facilities for local customers for one month from the date of inauguration. During this period, customers will be able to avail free servicing and software upgrades of all equipment, up to 25% discount on spare parts and repair services without warranty and no service charge on spare parts outside warranty.
On this occasion, the representative of Xiaomi Nepal shared, “We are very happy to open our authorized service center in Lahan. Not only smartphones, but also popular devices such as wearables and earbuds will make consumers feel more comfortable when they are provided with official services. Teledirect Pvt. Ltd. We believe that the collaboration with Telecom Ltd. will further strengthen the quality and accessibility of service.” ”
