Kathmandu. Xiaomi has opened pre-orders for its new smartphone Xiaomi 17T in Nepal. The smartphone features a premium design and Leica technology-based telephoto camera capability.
Camera and Photography: The Xiaomi 17T (17T) has a triple camera setup designed by Leica. It features a 50MP main camera, Leica Ultrapure optics and Leica Semilux lens technology that gives photos clearer detail, depth and better dynamic range. The smartphone comes with a Leica 5x telephoto camera, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide camera, and a 32-megapixel front camera that delivers high-resolution images and excellent video recording experience.
Design and Display: The Xiaomi 17T features a 6.59-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a maximum brightness of 3500 nits, making it easy to use even in outdoor light. It comes with eye protection features such as Xiaomi Vision Care, 3840Hz PWM Dimming and DC Dimming.
The 120Hz refresh rate makes the phone’s performance even smoother. Weighing around 200 grams, this smartphone is IP68 certified, so it is safe from water splash and dust. Battery and Performance: With a 6,500mAh battery, the Xiaomi 17T supports 67W hypercharge and 22.5W wired reverse charging.
It is powered by a 4nm MediaTek Dimensity 8500-Ultra flagship chipset, delivering powerful performance. Xiaomi’s advanced 3D Iceloop cooling system helps to keep the phone cool and maintain stable performance during the heavy usage like gaming and live streaming.
Audio & Connectivity M With dual stereo speakers, the Xiaomi 17T (17T) delivers an excellent audio experience. The smartphone supports Wi-Fi 6E, dual SIM and NFC, providing better network connectivity, signal strength and usage flexibility. Availability: The Xiaomi 17T (17T) will be available in three attractive colours – Violet, Blue and Black and 12GB + 512GB variants.
Customers will have to pay Rs. 100 for pre-order of this smartphone. Redmi Buds Toys (6 Play) (priced at Rs. 2,499) and Xiaomi TAG (priced at Rs. 2,999) will be available for free. Also, pre-orders will be open from May 29 to June 6, 2026. The price of Xiaomi 17T in Nepal is Rs. 89,999.
