Kathmandu. Self-employment Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha is to acquire Win Nepal Laghubitta.
The two microfinance companies signed a preliminary agreement on Wednesday. It will now be merged with Win Nepal Laghubitta Swarozgar Laghubitta.
Both of them have their central offices in Banepa, Kavrepalanchowk.
