Kathmandu. On Monday, the first trading day of the week, the stock market fell by double digits. The NEPSE index decreased by 33.28 points to close at 2701.32.
Two sub-groups of NEPSE sub-group increased while 11 sub-groups declined. On the day, the mutual fund group was the most advanced by 0.15 percent, while the trading group saw the maximum fall of 2.23 percent.
On this day, the share prices of 36 companies increased and 234 companies declined. Today, the share prices of 5 companies are stable.
The market recorded a turnover of Rs 6.07 billion today. Reliance Spinning Mills was the top trader.
