Kathmandu. The stock market rose by double digits on Friday. The NEPSE index rose by 27.94 points to close at 2,559.49.
With the rise in the market, all the groups in the NEPSE sub-group have turned green. The hydropower group has increased by 1.83 points on the day.
The share prices of 237 companies rose in the market today while 31 companies declined. Today, the share prices of 9 companies are stable.
On this day, the market has been traded worth Rs 4.35 billion. The highest turnover has been done by Liberty Energy.
