Kathmandu. On Sunday, the first trading day of the week, the stock market fell by double digits. The NEPSE index decreased by 27.59 points to close at 2,614.55.
All the groups in the NEPSE sub-group turned red on this day. The trading group fell the most by 3.59 percent on the day.
Shares of 34 companies rose today while 220 companies declined. Shares of 7 companies remained stable on this day.
The market was traded at Rs 6.69 billion today. Most of the transactions have been done in Ankhukhola hydropower.

Similarly, the shareholders of Salapa Development Bank have become wealthy on this day. The company’s share price has been in the positive circuit with a 10 percent increase.

On this day, the shareholders of Buddhabhumi Nepal Hydropower suffered the most losses. The company’s share price has fallen by about 9 percent.
