Kathmandu. Shares of Snow Rivers will be trading in the secondary market from Friday.
Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has listed the initial public offering (IPO) of Snow Rivers on Thursday. The IPO of any company starts trading from the second day of its listing. Accordingly, the shares of the company will also be traded from tomorrow. A total of 93,75,000 units of Snow Rivers shares worth Rs 100 have been listed on NEPSE. Out of the total offered shares, 18,75,000 units are held by the ordinary public and 75 lakh units (80%) by the promoters.
For the first transaction, NEPSE has fixed a minimum of Rs 100 to a maximum of Rs 300 per share. The trading signal is that the company has received ‘SNORL’.
In the special presession tomorrow, the shares of the company will be traded for the regular session if the shares are traded within the range set by NEPSE.
Snow Rivers had opened the IPO to the general public from May 14 to June 14. The IPO was allotted on May 26.
