Kathmandu. NRN Infrastructure and Development is to invest Rs 100 million in the Upper Myagdi Hydropower Project.
An investment agreement was signed between NRN Infrastructure and Upper Temporary Hydropower on Wednesday. As per the agreement, NRN Infrastructure will buy a total of 1 million units of promoter shares of Upper Term Hydropower at a face value of Rs 100.
NRN will have 4.35 percent ownership of the company’s total capital. This investment will be made in 3 phases.
The project has a capacity of 53.5 MW.
