Kathmandu. The auction of more than 84,90,000 units of shares of Upper Mailung Khola Hydropower Project will be opened.
According to the company, 84,90,800 units of shares will be opened after October 18. Currently, the promoter owns 70,000 units and 14,90,800 units of project-affected locals and employees.
As per the provision, promoters, project-affected locals and employees of hydropower companies have to hold their shares for 3 years from the date of IPO allotment.
