Kathmandu. United Ajod Insurance has asked its primary shareholders to deposit the amount for the right shares.
The company has issued a notice today asking its primary shareholders to pay the amount of shares equal to their rights. The basic shareholders are required to deposit the amount in the bank account of the company opened in Laxmi Sunrise Bank.
According to the company, the basic shareholders will be able to deposit the amount within 15 days and secure their right shares. If the basic shareholders do not pay the amount within the stipulated period, it will be in accordance with the law.
Fundamental shareholder is a person who holds 1 or more shares of the company’s paid-up capital.
United Ajod Insurance has recently received permission from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) to issue 100:10 right shares of its paid-up capital worth Rs 2.31 billion. The company will issue 23,10,000 units of shares at a face value of Rs 100 each to its shareholders.
