Kathmandu. United Ajod Insurance Company (ANI) is going to issue over 21,71,000 units of shares of Nepal Reinsurance Company (Nepal Re) from March 19.
A total of 21,71,935 units of shares of Nepal RICO will be put up for auction. The bid for the IPO can be submitted till April 19.
The minimum price of the shares has been set at Rs 400 per share. This means that investors will have to bid at or below the minimum price at the time of submission.
Applications can be place for maximum 1,00,000 units of shares. The bidders can bid for the shares from Nabil Investment Bank at Narayanchaur, Naxal, Kathmandu.
