Kathmandu. United Ajod Insurance Limited has allotted undistributed right shares and refunded the amount. The company has issued 23,10,000 units of right shares at a face value of Rs 100 per share worth Rs 231 million at the ratio of 100 units of existing 100 units of right shares. The company has verified the sealed bids received within this period on June 26 and the company has been allotted on July 30.
The amount will be transferred to the bank account mentioned in the applicant’s application form through IPS from Thursday, July 1.
Also, the final price of the allotment is Rs 447.50 and the allocation has been made proportionately according to the relative weightage of the bidders.
