Kathmandu. United Ajod Insurance Company has announced dividend. The company has announced the dividend to be distributed to its shareholders from the profits of the fiscal year 2080/81.
The company will distribute 10 percent bonus shares of the existing paid-up capital and 0.5263 percent cash dividend to its shareholders for the tax purpose.
The proposed dividend will be approved by the Nepal Insurance Authority and will be distributed to the investors after the company’s upcoming general meeting approves it.
