Kathmandu. United Ajod Insurance Limited has fixed the book closing date for the right share issuance. The company is issuing 23,10,000 units of ordinary shares at face value of Rs 100 in the ratio of 100:10.
For this, the company will stop issuing shares for one day on March 30. Therefore, only the shareholders who have purchased the shares in the Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) on or before March 30 will be eligible to apply for the right shares.
