Kathmandu. The stock market fell by single digits today. The NEPSE index decreased by 5.73 points to close at 2738.72.
Two sub-groups of NEPSE sub-group increased while 11 sub-groups declined. The production and processing group increased the most by 0.84 percent while the other group decreased by 0.97 percent.
Today, the share prices of 98 companies increased and 161 companies declined. There are 10 companies stable on the day.
The market was traded at Rs 4.91 billion today. Reliance Spinning Mills was the most traded on the day.
