Kathmandu. The stock market rose by double digits on Tuesday. The NEPSE index increased by 21.62 points to close at 2,638.60.
With the rise in the market, all the 13 sub-groups of NEPSE sub-group have increased. The hotel and tourism group increased by 2.02 percent on the day.
Shares of 213 companies rose and 42 declined. On this day, the share prices of 6 companies are stable.
The market has witnessed a turnover of around Rs 4.25 billion today. The highest turnover was done by SY panels.
