Kathmandu. The stock market fell by double digits today. On the day, the NEPSE index decreased by 13.35 points to close at 2635.94.
Two sub-groups of NEPSE sub-group increased while 11 sub-groups decreased. On the day, the finance group increased the most by 0.21 percent while the hotel and tourism group fell the most by 1.42 percent.
On this day, the share prices of 62 companies increased and 187 companies declined. Shares of 10 companies remained stable today.
More than Rs 5 billion was traded in the market today. The highest turnover was of SY Panel.
