Therefore, only the shareholders who have been traded in NEPSE till today will receive the dividend of the concerned company.
KATHMANDU: Nepal Life Insurance Company (NLIC) has decided to distribute 12% cash dividend to its shareholders. The insurance company has decided to hold its ninth annual general meeting (AGM) on January 12. The meeting will begin at 11:00 am at Alice Reception in Gairidhara, Kathmandu.
Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance Company has decided to distribute 4% bonus shares and 4.421% cash dividend to its shareholders. The Insurance Company is going to hold its 9th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday, January 29. The meeting will be held at Silver Oak Banquet and Event Centre, Gaindhara, Kathmandu at 11 am.
Himalayan Everest Insurance Company has decided to provide 8% cash dividend to its shareholders. The insurance company has decided to hold its 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on January 21. The meeting will begin at 11:00 am at Anmol Banquet in Sankhamul, Kathmandu.
Similarly, Citizen Investment Trust has distributed 5 percent bonus shares and 8 percent cash dividend, Jeeban Bikas Laghubitta has distributed 14 percent bonus shares and 0.7368 percent cash dividend.
