Kathmandu. Today is the last day to apply for the purchase of units of Sanima Equity Fund-2 under Sanima Mutual Fund.
Sanima Capital, the project manager, had issued 100 million units at a face value of Rs 10 from May 7. Investors can apply for the purchase of units of this scheme till the banking hours today.
Out of the total number of units, a minimum of Rs 13 million or minimum 13 percent of the total number of units has been set aside for Sanima Bank, the fund holder and 2% of the total units i.e. 2 million units have been set aside for the scheme manager Sanima Capital. Investors can apply for the remaining 8.5 crore units.
Interested bidders can apply for the shares of CDSC along with the banks and financial institutions participating in the C-ASBA service approved by the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON).
It’s a 10-year closed-end plan.
