Kathmandu. Today is the last day to apply for the IPO of Kalanga Hydro. The company had opened the IPO to the general public from May 24. Applications can be submitted for the IPO till the banking hours today.
The company has opened the IPO to the general public in the second phase after issuing the IPO for locals and foreign workers of the project-affected areas.
The company will issue 28,70,000 units of shares at a face value of Rs 100 to the general public. Applications can be place for minimum 10 units and maximum 20,000 units.
The interested bidders can apply for the shares from the banks and financial institutions that are participating in the ASBA service and their designated branches and CDSC’s Mero shares.
Sanima Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO issuance.
