Kathmandu. Today is the last day to apply for ICFC Finance’s debentures.
The company had opened applications for the debentures from February 24. Applications for the debentures can be submitted till the banking hours today.
ICFC Finance Limited (ICFC Finance Limited) is issuing debentures worth Rs 500 million. The company is issuing a total of 5 million units of debentures at a face value of Rs 1,000.
Out of the total units, the company will sell 30 lakh units individually. The remaining 2 million units will be 95 percent and the remaining 10,000 units will be available to the general public to apply for the mutual funds.
The interested investors can apply for a minimum of 25 units and a maximum of 2,000 units. The applications can be submitted from the banks and financial institutions participating in the C-ASBA service and their designated branches as well as from CDSC’s My Share.
The debenture is of 7 years. Investors will get 8 percent interest annually. Kumari Capital has been appointed as the issue manager for the issue.
