Kathmandu. The deadline to apply for the purchase of units of the Citizens Balanced Plan is January 18.
The units of the scheme were opened on December 19. Citizens Capital, the project manager of the scheme, said that the applicant can apply for the units of the scheme till the banking hours today.
The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has allowed the issuance of a total of Rs 100 million units of the scheme. Out of the total 15 percent of the total offered units, 15 percent of the total seed capital will be reserved to the fund promoter Citizens Bank and the general public can apply for the remaining 8.5 crore units.
Applications can be place for minimum 100 units and maximum of 100 units. Interested investors can apply for the shares from ASBA member banks and financial institutions, their branches and CDSC affiliated to the Securities Board of India (SEBON).
