Kathmandu. Today, May 22, is the last day for Nepali migrant workers to apply for the Everest Color IPO.
The company had opened the initial public offering (IPO) for Nepalese migrant workers in the first phase from April 16. Nepalis who are in foreign employment can apply till the banking session today.
The company has been granted permission to issue 7,90,000 units of ordinary shares i.e. 26.33% of its issued capital i.e. Rs 7.90 crore. Out of the total offered shares, 10 percent worth Rs 7.9 million will be issued for the Nepalese employed abroad.
Applications can be place for minimum 10 units and maximum 7000 units of shares for the first shares. The applications can be submitted from ASBA licensed banks and financial institutions and their designated branches as well as from CDSC’s My Share.
Everest Color has appointed Muktinath Capital as its issue manager for the IPO.
