Kathmandu. Time Pharmaceuticals is going to organize a roadshow to bring the IPO through book building method.
The company is going to organize a roadshow for the institutions that have been licensed by the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) to work as qualified institutional investors. The event will begin at 3:00 pm at Hotel Yak & Yeti in Kathmandu on July 3.

Prior to this, the company has signed an agreement with Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) to initiate sealed bidding to bring IPO through book building method. The company will issue 4,34,600 units of shares.
