Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: The meeting of the Council of Ministers has formed a three-member recommendation committee to recommend candidates for the vacant post of chairman of the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON).
A meeting of the Council of Ministers held on Tuesday afternoon decided to allow the Vice Chairman of the National Planning Commission, Dr. The meeting decided to form a three-member recommendation committee under the convenorship of Gunakar Bhatta. Finance Secretary Ghanashyam Upadhyaya and Minister for Communications Bikram Timilsina are the members of the committee.
Santosh Narayan Shrestha, chairman of Himalayan Reinsurance Board, resigned from his post on Friday following his involvement in the investigation into the money laundering case.
