Kathmandu. Those who have bought the shares till date will get the proposed dividend of United Modi Hydropower Limited. The company is closing its book on April 18 for the 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and dividend distribution. Therefore, the shareholders who have been trading in NEPSE till date will get the proposed dividend of the company.
The company has decided to distribute 7% bonus share and 0.36842% cash dividend to pay tax on the current paid-up share.
To endorse the proposal, the company has called a meeting at 11:00 am on May 10 at Kalimati Banquet in Kalimati, Kathmandu.
The AGM will pass a special resolution to change the name of the company and make necessary amendments in the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association accordingly to facilitate investment in other companies, issue rights and authorize the Board of Directors to carry out all necessary works for the same.
