Kathmandu. Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has published a list of 21 companies that have not paid annual renewal fee.
NEPSE has made public the names of these companies by issuing a notice today. At the same time, NEPSE has urged these companies to pay the remaining dues along with the penalty. For this, NEPSE has already sent a letter to these companies.
As per the Securities Listing Bylaws, 2075, listed companies with paid-up capital up to Rs 500 million have to pay Rs 50,000 and Rs 100,000 respectively.
