The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has released the list of 10 most traded companies in the last fiscal year. Hydropower companies dominate the list of the most traded companies.
There are eight hydropower companies in the top 10 list. Butwal Power is at the top. Shares of the company were traded at Rs 10.30 billion in the last fiscal year.
Similarly, Sanima Mai Hydropower is in second place. Shares worth Rs 7.85 billion of the company have been traded.
In the third place, shares worth Rs 7.83 billion of Radhi Electricity were traded.
Similarly, Shares of Angadi Group Power Ltd, NRNA Infrastructure Rs 5.96 billion and Sahar Energy Rs 5.09 billion were traded.
Singti Hydro, Universal Power, Union Hydropower and Nepal Reinsurance Company had a turnover of Rs 4.59 billion, Rs 4.44 billion, Rs 3.78 billion and Rs 3.68 billion, respectively.
