Kathmandu. After all, one company has more human robots than humans. The CEO of a company called Figure AI posted that his workforce now has more humanoid robots than humans. The company now has only a few human employees.
Brett Adak, CEO of Figure AI on the X platform, announced major changes to his company’s workforce. He wrote in the post, “For the first time, robots in figure AI have surpassed people. ’
The CEO has also shared a graph in the post. This clearly shows the sudden increase in the number of robot employees compared to humans.
The graph shared in the post is titled ‘Headcount vs. Robots’. The graph shows two tracks, one representing robots and the other representing people. The graph attempts to display data from 2022 to 2026.
It can be clearly seen in the graph that the number of robots is increasing very slowly in the first quarter of 2025. Then there was a sharp increase in the number of robots in the fourth quarter of 2025, followed by a human workforce in the second quarter of 2026.
The CEO of Figure AI has also shared a photo in a separate post. In which the robots are active and shown in the photo. Dozens of robots are inside the box.
Many companies around the world are phasing out human employees. Robots and artificial intelligence (AI) are being emphasized. However, many reports also claim that AI services are proving to be more expensive for companies than human services.
