Kathmandu. President Ram Chandra Poudel on Sunday issued an ordinance to amend some of the Nepal Acts.
President Poudel, on the recommendation of the Council of Ministers, today issued the Ordinance 083 to amend some Nepal Acts. Earlier, the President had issued 6 ordinances.
The Office of the President has already issued the Public Procurement (Second Amendment) Ordinance, 2083, Cooperative (First Amendment) Ordinance, 2083, Money Laundering Prevention (Third Amendment) Ordinance, 2083, Ordinance to Amend Some Nepal Acts Related to Health Sciences Academy, 2083, Special Provision Ordinance on Removal of Public Officials, 2083 and Ordinance to Amend Some Nepal Acts Related to Universities, 2083.
