Kathmandu. The lock-up period of more than 42 lakh units of shares of Three Star Hydropower is about to expire.
Issuing a notice today, the company informed that the lock-in period of 42,01,025 units of shares will end from July 3. Currently, the promoter has 36,93,750 units of shares, 4,92,500 units of local and 14,775 units of employees of the company.
As per the provision, a company has to hold the shares of promoters, locals and employees for 3 years from the date of allotment. However, even after the lockout period is over, the shares of the directors and employees working in the top management position of the company have to be frozen as per the rules.
