Kathmandu. The Inland Revenue Department (IRD) has published a request notice for the submission of income statements.
In the notice, it has been requested to help the department by submitting it in advance as it would be difficult to submit income statement due to excessive pressure in the department’s system on the day of mid-January.
The notice also urged taxpayers who have taken the deadline to file their income statement to submit their income statement within the extended date. Otherwise, there will be an additional interest penalty, the department has clarified.
