Kathmandu. Venture Hire Purchase will hold its 10th Annual General Meeting (AGM) today, September 13. The meeting will be held at 3:00 pm at the company’s registration office, Kathmandu-3, Panipokhari. The date of the meeting has been fixed as per the decision of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on August 22.
The AGM will endorse the report of the Board of Directors, the auditor’s report, the proposal to appoint the auditor and fix the remuneration and distribute fifteen percent cash dividend.
Similarly, the meeting will approve the appointment of directors, approve the appointment of independent directors, fix the meeting allowance of the board of directors, and endorse the proposal of public issue.
