Kathmandu. The tenth annual general meeting of Aarambh Chautari Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha was successfully held at Banepa Pati Venue. The AGM unanimously endorsed the annual report of the FY 2081/082 along with the financial statements including balance sheet, profit or loss, and other financial statements.
Similarly, Company Secretary and Chief Executive Officer Shiva Prasad Gyawali and Chairman of Board of Directors Binod Gyawali shed light on the queries, suggestions and suggestions received from the shareholders during the AGM. On behalf of the Board of Directors, Mr. Pushpa Raj Dhakal gave the welcome speech and Mr. Santosh Pokhrel gave clarification on the annual report.
Chairman of the organization Binod Gyawali directed the organization to run modern technology-friendly services and programs focusing on entrepreneurship development and financial literacy among the customer members.
On the occasion, Founder Shareholder Dr. Balkrishna Chapagain said that the organization has played an important role in poverty alleviation by generating self-employment by investing loans without collateral, generating self-employment, mobilizing sustainable savings and raising awareness.
The AGM also unanimously approved to convert the promoter group’s shares into up to 10 percent ordinary shares at a time. Aarambh Chautari Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has been providing microfinance services through its network of 140 branches in 7 provinces and 57 districts.
