Kathmandu. Tenex Hydro Holding has started the process of issuing an IPO.
The company has applied to the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) seeking permission for the IPO issuance. If the Securities Board of India gives permission, the company will issue an IPO worth Rs 80 crore. According to this, the company will issue a total of 8 lakh units of ordinary shares at a face value of Rs 100.
Muktinath Capital has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO of Tenex Hydro Holdings.
