Kathmandu. Taksar Pikhuwa Khola Hydropower Limited has received approval for the IPO issuance.
The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has granted permission to Taksar Pikhuwa Khola Hydropower Limited to issue an initial public offering (IPO) worth Rs 20.80 crore. The company will now issue a total of 20,80,000 units of shares at a face value of Rs 100.
The company has been allowed to issue 20 percent of its current paid-up capital. After the IPO issuance, the paid-up capital of the company will reach above Rs 1.04 billion.
NMB Capital has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO issuance.
