Kathmandu. SY Panel Nepal has got IPO ratio. The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBI) has approved the IPO of SY Panel Nepal.
With the approval of the Securities Board, Billion SY Panel Nepal will issue an IPO worth Rs 513.25 million. Accordingly, the company will sell a total of 5,232,548 units of IPO at a face value of Rs 100 each.
Prabhu Capital is the ipo sales manager of the company.
