Kathmandu. Swabhiman Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has announced dividend. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on February 28 has decided to provide 10 percent dividend to the shareholders from the distributable profit of the last fiscal year, which includes 9.50 percent bonus shares and 0.50 percent cash dividend.
The proposed dividend is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
