Kathmandu. Suryodaya Bomi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited is going to sell its promoter shares. Founder shareholder of the company, Kishori Thapa, has issued 56,435 units of shares to the company. The shares were put up for sale as per the application.
According to the directive of Nepal Rastra Bank, promoter shareholders should be given first priority while selling promoter shares. The promoter shareholders can apply to the post through the prescribed format within 35 days from the date of publication of advertisement at the corporate office of the company, Lalitpur or at the office of the share registrar, Kumari Capital.
