Kathmandu. Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has listed the IPO of Suryakunda Hydro Electric. Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) and Suryakunda Hydro Electric Limited (Suryakunda Hydro Electric Limited) have signed an agreement to issue 68,96,744 units of Initial Public Offering (IPO) at a face value of Rs 100 per share.
The company has invited the general public to issue its shares through Kumari Capital Limited (issue manager). A total of 6,896,744 units (100) of ordinary shares including 13,79,350 units (20) issued to the general shareholders and 5,517,394 units (80) of shares invested by the promoter shareholders of the company.
The company’s second market transaction will begin on March 29.
