Kathmandu. Surya Jyoti Life Insurance Company Limited (Surya Jyoti Life Insurance) is issuing 2,65,000 units of shares.
The shares of the company’s promoter group have been put up for sale. Currently, only existing promoter shareholders of the company can apply for the shares.
The interested promoter shareholders can apply for the shares within 35 days. The applications can be submitted to NIC Asia Capital located at Trade Tower, Thapathali, Kathmandu.
If the company does not apply for the purchase of shares from the promoter shareholders within the stipulated period, it will open the sale of shares to other individuals and institutions.
