Support Laghubitta’s earnings per share rise

Kathmandu. Support Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has published its unaudited financial statements for the fourth quarter of the last fiscal year. According to the company’s financial report, the net profit has increased.

During the review period, the microfinance company earned a net profit of Rs 7.61 crore. The company had posted a net profit of Rs 2.7 crore in the previous fiscal year. The profit of the microfinance company increased by 181.36 percent compared to the previous year.

In the review period, the microfinance company earned a net interest income of Rs 18.49 crore. The company had posted a net profit of Rs 13.64 crore in the same quarter last year. Compared to the previous year, the net interest income of the microfinance company increased by 35.55 percent.

During the period, the company’s total operating income increased by 34.85 percent and operating profit increased by 134.25 percent. As of mid-July of the last fiscal year, the impairment charge of the microfinance company was Rs 1.02 crore.

The microfinance company has a paid-up capital of Rs 13.40 crore and reserve fund of Rs 14.09 crore. During this period, the microfinance company has a distributable profit of Rs 6.70 crore.

In the review period, the earnings per share increased by Rs 34.71 to Rs 56.82. The company has P/E ratio of 32.15 times and net worth per share of Rs 205.13.
