Kathmandu. The auction period of more than 48.25 lakh units of shares of Supermai Hydropower has ended.
Issuing a notice today, the company informed that the auction period for a total of 4,825,700 units of shares of promoters, project affected locals and employees will end from February 17. Currently, 42,80,000 units of promoter shares, 5,35,000 units of project affected locals and 10,700 units of employees of the company are in the lockup.
The IPO was issued to the general public on February 19, 2022. As per the provision, the shares of any company should be locked in for 3 years from the date of IPO allotment.
