Kathmandu. Supermai Hydropower Limited has declared a dividend to be distributed to its shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year. The company has decided to distribute 20 percent bonus shares on its current paid-up capital.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on February 20 has decided to distribute the bonus shares at the rate of 30 years. The meeting has decided to distribute 1.11 percent cash dividend to the shareholders for tax purposes.
The proposed dividend will be approved by the Electricity Regulatory Commission and approved by the next Annual General Meeting (AGM).
After the bonus share distribution, the company has decided to issue 100% right shares of its current paid-up capital.
