Kathmandu. Sun Securities (Broker No. 64) has entered the grand final round of ‘Stock Pitch Competition 2082’.
The final of the tournament will be held at Sun Securities Trading Hall in Naxal from 10:30 am on February 22.
A total of 49 students from 31 colleges across the country took part in the competition. After the initial selection, 43 candidates reached the case study round and 18 of them were selected in the case study presentation stage. After a tough competition, the best 8 contestants have been selected for the grand finals.
The winner of the competition will receive a cash prize of Rs 10,000, a trophy and an internship with Sun Securities. The second and third winners will get a cash prize of Rs 7,000 and Rs 5,000 respectively.
Apart from this, 2 excellent participants will also be provided with internships and all the finalists will be provided with 3 months free ‘Cheap Share’ facility.
Kusom Finance Club and Quest Finance Club are the outreach partners of the program. The company is partnering with Insurance Khabar as its media partner and Nepse Alpha as data analytics partner.
The organizers believe that the competition would enhance the knowledge, analysis and practical experience related to capital market among the youth.
