Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: Sun Nepal Life Insurance Company (LIC) has organized a program called “MDM 360 Growth Summit 1.0” by participating the best Agency Development Managers (MDMs) from all over Nepal. The program was organized by the company on May 15 and 17 with the slogan ‘Agency Career is Baal’.
The program was organized with the objective of enhancing agency leadership capacity, business expansion, modern market management and career opportunities in the insurance sector. During the program, renowned trainers Kishu Jha and Ajay Regmi imparted training on leadership development, personal skills, team management, business expansion strategy and challenges and opportunities in the modern insurance market.
The program was chaired by the Officiating Chief Executive Officer of the company Mr. Kabi Phuyal and the Chief Marketing Officer of the company Mr. Ganesh Chaulagain. During the program, acting CEO Kabi Phuyal and Chief Marketing Officer Ganesh Chaulagain gave special presentations on the current status of the agency business, future prospects, achievement of goals and business growth. They encouraged the participants to develop the agency profession as a respected, promising and long-term career.
During the program, Chief Customer Experience & Protection Officer Sachet Shrestha, Lead Recruitment Officer Sunil Adhikari, Lead Training Officer Bhuwan Singh Magar and Head of Brand & Communications Somesh Lal Joshi shared training and experience on customer relationship management, leadership development, brand building, recruitment strategy and business promotion They were.
The program was also attended by the province chiefs and regional managers of the company.
