Kathmandu. Sun Nepal Life Insurance Company (LIC) has issued over 4.75 crore units of shares to its shareholders.
Issuing a notice today, the company informed that the lock-down period for 3,77,72,024 units of shares will end on August 30. Currently, the promoter has 3,69,79,555 units and the employees have 7,92,469 units. This share is with bonus and right shares.
As per the provision, the promoter and employee shareholders will have to hold the shares for 3 years from the date of IPO allotment.
Although the lock-in period is over, the shares will be held in the case of the company’s directors and employees working in the senior management position.
